Syllables
Final stable syllables
Endings like -tion, -sion, -ture and -age behave as fixed units: action, vision, picture, village. They are read as chunks rather than decoded, and they carry the stress pattern of the word with them.
These appear everywhere in content-area text, so they matter more for comprehension in later grades than their frequency in early readers suggests.

Curricula that teach this
Cody generates material against the scope and sequence you already teach. This skill appears in Cody Curriculum, Custom Pattern Selection, UFLI Inspired.
Make a decodable story for this skill
Cody generates stories, word lists and worksheets constrained to the patterns a student has already been taught, so practice on final stable syllables does not smuggle in something they have not met yet.
